These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between DHD Information Security (Pty) Ltd and clients receiving our managed cybersecurity monitoring services. By accepting a quote or invoice from DHD Information Security, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Key points

Our service is observational and advisory only. We monitor and alert — we do not provide incident response, remediation, or security guarantees. Monitoring operates during Business Hours (07:00–17:00 SAST, Monday to Friday).

The service operates on a 30-day rolling basis with no minimum contract period. Billing is monthly in advance from the 1st of each month.
